woooo-hooo! Putting the idiot in savant...
Good morning everyone!! I've been doing all sorts of stuff. Not writing in my journal is one of them. Doing stuff downstairs. Art stuff and making a mess. Wheee! I like it. Sleep? Hmmm, maybe a little in a bit. Pushing it sort of feels right. let's see how long it can go on....I'm more comfortable sometimes falling into the savant state and having fun. I think it's best to be in a semi-autistic trance and make connections that way. Make connections with the paper. Connect mind to outside reality. Regurgitate and contemplate... and ramble...and ramble....andf ramble. Think and rage and let the feelings flow out to where others can witness. Loud, quiet, a cacophony in my skull. rINGIGN AND SINging and. And build up some goddamn momentum. Forget a bout th eo th er st uuf. dei ci e wha taoiois im portant. Imp rt ant . or nuthin'.. I've got nothing to update. I am lamely working on the second Ramona strip along with another new concept. But with regards to the sophistication of my readership I won't allow a sub-par effort to see the light of day. It obviously takes quite alot of time dealing with the minutiae of details that goes into even one "Ramona" and I've been busy lately working, worrying, and fighting the wife cause I ain't got anyone else to do it with. I guess the one major thing interfering with my "masterworks" is the fact that I've been sleeping a little better this week. The last few weeks have seen sleep fall sharply on the priority list. Ok for real. I'm gonna try and post alot more stuff here. Starting with these sketches and then moving on to some more "comicy" style stuff hopefully. I also will be joined by my bud Carlos who will give his opinion and also post stuff here, or on a seperate LJ. Our goal is for something interesting to evolve and also for general amusement. We will watch and wait and see and maybe others will find it and... ...This fairy seems to under attack from a section of tribal. In a room. She doesn't seem too worried, though.  CARLOS!! Just another day
Here's some new pictures of a good sized piece I recently completed. Maybe one day he'll want to do some background. So far for him it's the largest piece he has, by far. This is the kind of thing I love to do, so it was alot of fun for me! Once again I assume no one's looking at my LJ, so if you look, please leave me a comment. a-a-a--a-a--a--a-a-!!
OK so I suck at this LJ stuff, I guess some people have alot of extra time on their hands. I do not fall into that category.....and I suck at typing, too. Well this has been a crazy month. Started at the BL on the 1st and its been a roller coaster ride since then. I've even taken a big road trip to San Antonio,Tx to work the convention down there!! It was kinda strange but at least I made some money. I know that February is the shortest month but all in all I had three days off!! Quite a change from my previous schedule! Now of course AP is getting busier, too! I not really sure how I'm gonna juggle all this but I'm thinking that I can't keep this up forever at some point there's gonna be some changes and I'll have to make the best decision for us. Meanwhile....I'll be in NYC working at MacDougal for the end of the month. Baby's 2nd and spend some time at homeland. Seeing friends...family. Here are two things to look at: one is my drawing board prior to a biannual cleaning and then it's a pic of a jacket I painted for a tattoo client. Soon I will post some of the other stuff I've been up too artwise. until then...   |

Seems that I'm making another change. As of February 1st I will be working full time at Body Language back in good ol' Whitehall. I'm looking forward to doing walk-ins all day long (Wednesday-Saturday) and bringin' home some chedda!! Hopefully working with those whackos won't rub off on me....!? I will still be at American Proverb on Sundays and by appointment on Monday and Tuesday. So now that there is more of me around, there's no excuse!! Body Language Tattoos and Piercing |

 Well I guess I'll start with a picture from family fun day. We went to the Franklin Park Conservatory! There was an exhibit on chocolate and tons of plants and some birds and fish! We all were exhausted when we got home! Whew! Family fun is hard work!! |
